At STATE OF GRATITUDE our mission is to help those who need help the most. We are strong believers in the fact that the road to Recovery from Alcohol and/or Substance Abuse is a difficult journey and no one should have to face it alone. As a result, we want to help the recovering addict or alcoholic achieve success in their goals and dreams by providing them with an extra boost when they need it most.

Individuals coming out of rehabilitation treatment facilities often have been out of work for a lengthy period of time, typically around 30-90 days, and have had little to no income during that time. Coupled with the burden of bills and other expenses, this can seem like a crippling and daunting situation to anyone fresh on a new path to sobriety.

Here at STATE OF GRATITUDE, we want to help facilitate a fluid transition from treatment to the outside world lessening unnecessary stress to help you focus on getting back on your feet. Whether you use the money for sober living expenses, groceries, or a cell phone bill, we are here for you.

Submit an application through this site to be eligible to receive a grant to lessen the burden, because we are all in this together. One person left to struggle is one too many in our eyes. Here on this page, you can check back periodically to check and see where we are at in terms of funding and when applications will be accepted.

To Be Eligible:

1. You must have completed an Inpatient Treatment Program or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) within the last 6 months prior to deadline or have at least 30 days of consecutive clean time. Up to Three (3) Letters of Recommendation.
